Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of newviewadvice.com, including our blog, podcast, and digital workbooks (the "Site"). The Site is operated by New View Advice LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("New View Advice," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or buying a workbook, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not medical or mental health advice

All content from New View Advice, including the podcast, blog, emails, and workbooks, is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it isn't a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Using our content does not create a client or therapeutic relationship. Always talk with a qualified provider about your health, and don't delay or ignore professional advice because of something you read or heard from us.

If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US) or call 911.

2. No guaranteed results

Everyone's circumstances are different. We don't promise any particular outcome from using our content or workbooks.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to use the Site and at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to make a purchase.

4. Purchasing workbooks

  • Prices and payment. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout.
  • Delivery. Workbooks are digital PDF downloads, delivered electronically after your purchase through a download link on your confirmation page and by email. If you don't receive yours, contact us and we'll sort it out.
  • Refunds. Because workbooks are digital and can be downloaded immediately, all sales are final. If your file is damaged, won't open, or never arrived, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll send a working copy or issue a refund.

5. Your license to the workbooks

When you buy a workbook, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download, print, and use it for yourself. You may not share, resell, redistribute, post online, or use the workbooks for commercial purposes, including with clients or in groups, without our written permission.

6. Our content

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, podcast episodes, and workbooks, belongs to New View Advice LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to share links to our pages and episodes. You may not copy or republish our content without permission.

7. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Break any law.
  • Try to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
  • Use bots or scrapers to copy content.
  • Use the Site to harm or harass others.

The Site may link to other websites and to podcast platforms we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Some links on the Site, in our emails, and in podcast show notes are affiliate links. If you buy something through one of these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, New View Advice earns from qualifying purchases. We only recommend products we believe are genuinely useful, and affiliate relationships don't influence our opinions.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site, content, and workbooks are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, New View Advice LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, content, or workbooks. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't made a purchase. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. If a dispute comes up, please email us first. Most issues can be resolved informally. Any legal action that can't be resolved this way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

14. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms, or change or discontinue any part of the Site, at any time. When we update the Terms, we'll change the effective date above. We may suspend access for anyone who violates these Terms.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the full agreement between you and us.
