Privacy Policy

Effective October 16, 2026

New View Advice (newviewadvice.com, including our podcast and blog) is operated by New View Advice LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("New View Advice," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. We collect information you choose to share with us:

  • Email sign-ups. If you join our email list, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your first name.
  • Purchases. When you buy a workbook, we receive your name, email address, and purchase details, such as what you bought and when. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number goes directly to Stripe, and we never see or store it.
  • Messages. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in your message.
  • Journal prompt printouts. When you print journal prompts, we collect your email address and add you to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe anytime.
  • Ask a Question. When you submit a question, we collect what you share in the form. We only read questions on the podcast anonymously and with your permission.

Information collected automatically. We use two analytics tools to understand how people use the site:

  • Google Analytics. This uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, how you found the site, your general location (city or region level), and your device and browser type. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.
  • Vercel Web Analytics. This is a cookieless, privacy-focused tool that measures overall traffic. It doesn't use cookies or identify you personally.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Deliver the workbooks you purchase and send order-related emails.
  • Send our newsletter and updates, if you've signed up.
  • Respond to your messages.
  • Answer questions on the podcast, anonymously and only with your permission.
  • Understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do so:

  • Stripe, for payment processing.
  • Email and form service providers, for collecting sign-ups and sending emails.
  • Google, for analytics.
  • Vercel, for website hosting and analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order, or if the business is sold or transferred, in which case your information would transfer with it.

4. Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies on your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site will still work normally without cookies.

Do Not Track: Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There's no agreed standard for responding to these signals, so our site does not currently respond to them.

5. Email choices

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can use it at any time. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send emails related to a purchase you made.

6. How long we keep information

We keep your email address as long as you remain subscribed. We keep purchase records as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. We keep messages as long as reasonably useful for responding to you. We keep submitted questions as long as they're useful for the podcast.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing newviewadvice@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or international privacy laws. We'll honor requests as required by applicable law and respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity first. We may keep some information when the law requires it, such as records of purchases.

Our podcast is distributed through third-party podcast platforms and apps. Those platforms, and any other sites we link to, have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for how they handle your information. Some pages include an embedded podcast player or YouTube video. These come from third parties with their own privacy policies.

Some links on our Site are affiliate links, including Amazon affiliate links. If you click one, the retailer or affiliate network may use cookies to track that the purchase came from our link. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.

9. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and rely on established providers like Stripe, Google, and Vercel. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business changes. When we do, we'll update the effective date above.
